The HD Series Clamshells
from D.L. Ricci Corp. are designed for large diameter, heavy
cutting applications. These big split frame clamshell machines
are portable for on-site machining applications and can accommodate
flange and pipe sizes ranging from 28" to 110" OD
Utilizing our patented, fully adjustable, heavy duty bearing
design, these portable type pipe cutting machines are capable
of cutting, beveling, facing, boring and OD turning on all types
of wall thickness. With its 5" axial and 4.5" profile,
the split frame HD series machine can fit into tight work areas
where other large machines cannot. As a result of its superior
strength, the HD pipe cutting and beveling machines are ideal
for all on-site machining applications in new construction,
decommissioning, component replacement and fabrication projects.
