Tool Bits: Our bevel,
sever, facing and counterbore bits come in over 450
varieties and are made in-house with either High Speed
Tool Steel or Carbide Tooling. |

Drive Motors: Various
configuration of drive motors are available for our NB,
MS and HD Clamshells and BU Facer, including front drives,
back drives and angle drives. The power is provided by
electric, pneumatic or hydraulic motors. The MC Clamshell
comes with a pneumatic right angle drive. |

Swivel Head Module:
The Swivel head module attaches to all NB, MS and HD clamshells
and all BU facers. Angle cutting is made easy with up
to 60 deg of adjustability in the head. Applications such
as facing, RTJ grooves, boring and angle boring are accomplished
by using this module. |

Single Point & Counterbore
Modules:
Flange facing, boring, counterboring, RTJ grooves and
compound angle weld preps can be accomplished with one
of these modules. The modules can be mounted on NB, MS
and HD clamshells and the BU Facer series. These modules
help the operator hold exacting tolerances with minimal
effort.

Chipless Cutter:
Chip free severing is accomplished with this "pizza"
cutting wheel. |

Out-Of-Round Tool Block Slide:
Allows cutting and beveling of out of round pipe up to
1"out of round. |
|
|

Low Profile (LP) Tool Block Slide:
Brings the cut-line closer to the back of the machine
by reducing the axial clearance required for cutting or
beveling. |
