The D.L. Ricci MODEL
626 rapid End Prep series of end prepping machines are designed
to cover a wide range of cutting capability (4.875" ID
to 30" OD). With the bi-directional variable feed tool
slides, exacting surface finish requirements are maintained
on all types of material. Flange facing, beveling or weld preparation
is accomplished with ease by simply tilting the single point
tool slide to the desired angle. The 626 end prepping machine
is supplied with a fully adjustable miter mandrel used for set-up
in flanges, valves, fittings and other irregular ID surfaces.
Quick and accurate alignment is achieved with the miter mandrel.
For high production beveling, an optional self-centering automatic
mandrel is available. All of our drive motors are interchangeable
with the entire End Prep series and our popular NB Clamshell
OD machines.
