This stationary grinding
machine brings another innovative machining tool to the D.L.
Ricci Corp. line-up. The Tire Grinder heavy-duty grinding machine
is designed to regrind tires, trunnions and rollers on kilns
and large vessels. The Tire Grinder can resurface any size tire
or roller, floating or fixed, while the rotary equipment is
running. Much faster than conventional grinding, this onsite
grinding machine offers easy set-up with a rigid scissors mount
and both an X and Y feed. The belt is changed with ease and
is extra wide for greater surface exposure plus its long length
dissipates heat better for longer portable grinding machine
life. The servo control is easy to operate and the Tire Grinder
is powered by an electric motor. This new tool with it's precision
grinding can help you eliminate excessive downtime.
