The D.L. Ricci Corp.
Heat Treatment Division is committed to ensuring that a quality
job will be completed on schedule and performed to the highest
industry safety standards. Our range of equipment is constantly
expanding and now includes a complete line-up of Resistance
and Induction Heat Treating supplies available to meet our customer’s
needs.
Our power supplies, controllers and recording equipment are
second to none and our Heat Treating team is trained to meet
and exceed the most demanding work scope. During planned or
unplanned outages our Heat Treating Division is ready to mobilize
to your job site. A variety of sales and rental options are
also available and technical heat treatment training is available
at our facility.
Our Resistance Heat Treatment supplies include 6 way and 9 way
power supplies, recording and monitoring systems and all the
related primary and secondary cables. D.L. Ricci Corp. has a
wide range of high quality receptacles and connectors available
and also manufactures heating pads to exacting standards. These
pads are very durable and able to withstand high temperatures
over long durations. Special pads can be fabricated to meet
your exact requirements and with our Pad Rebuild Program we
will take your old pads and replace them with newly reconditioned
pads at a fraction of the cost for new pads. |

Our Induction Heat Treatment
equipment includes operating systems up to 25kW, controllers
with digital recorders, power cables, liquid cooled heating
cables, insulation, Kevlar blankets and more. The portable induction
system is highly mobile with a small footprint and less than
300 pounds. Induction Heating benefits include a quick set-up
and is faster and more energy efficient heat treating on some
metals.
Combining our heat treating services with our field machining
solutions is win win for many of our D.L. Ricci Corp. customers.
