The XYZ Keyway Cutter
offers all the features of our standard D.L. Ricci Corp. Keyway
Cutter plus the capability of 3 axis milling. This versatility
in a milling machine tool allows users a variety of creative
machining options without costly dismantling. The XYZ feature
assists in the machining of keyway grooves with more exacting
specifications.
Our line of heavy duty Keyway Cutters give us the range to cut
keyways in shafts from .4" to 24" in diameter. They
can mount on the end or anyplace along the shaft, even upside
down. With the "V" type mounting base, the Keyway
Cutter will self-center onto an existing shaft once the machine
is clamped into place.
Easy handling and operation are inherent in the compact modular
design that allows set-up of this precise milling machine tool
in confined work areas. The D.L. Ricci Corp. XYZ Keyway Cutter
comes with an electric drive motor.
