The FX1.5 Micro from
High Purity Piping Technology (HPPT) is a lightweight tube squaring
and bar chamfering machine. This tool is suitable for hand held
or bench mounted tube squaring operations from .187" OD
to 1.5" OD. With its innovative rapid collet locking system,
fitting and tubing are quickly and accurately held into position
during the prepping operation. The interchangeable collets allow
short grip length for machining all types of micro fittings.
This tool is lightweight and a well suited hand held chamfering
tool or may be bench mounted. Easy set-up and safe operation
is accomplished with minimal training using our state-of-the-art
device.
The FX1.5 Micro features a high torque, variable speed electric
drive that delivers safe and reliable operation. Variable RPM
output allows the operator the flexibility to accurately machine
all types of exotic material and configurations without damage
to their surface, providing a smooth burr free end preparation.
Cordless operation of bar stock chamfering is another convenience
with the FX1.5 Micro.
Micro accuracy is achieved through our unique micrometer hand
feed system, allowing a controlled, smooth and consistent feed
rate. This groundbreaking design reduces chatter and gives the
operator greater control, reducing scrap and minimizing cost
overruns.
After the page loads choose
