The HPPT FX4.0 tube
squaring system delivers high quality weld preps on all types
of material. Our model FX4.0 is a tube squaring and weld prepping
machine that will prep tubing up to .375" wall thickness
and covers a range of tubing from tubing from .187" OD
to 4.5" OD. The innovative Easy Latch Clamping System and
interchangeable collets assures that each part is quickly and
accurately held in place throughout the cutting range. Narrow
grip collet lengths allow the re-machining of most fittings
and tubes with short perch lengths. Clean room safe and ideal
for the accuracy requirements of Hi-tech fabrication, our HPPT
line of tube cutting and squaring machines is the industry’s

The FX4.0 is a versatile lightweight bench mounted tool that
offers easy set-up and operation. Controlled, smooth and constant
feed rates gives the operator optimum control, reducing scrap
and minimizing job cost overruns.
The 4" slotted cutting head allows implementation of special
tooling for beveling or odd prep configurations, as well as
tube squaring and weld prepping. Our new drive system is well
