Choose a video from the right. After the page loads
choose which version you'd like to watch based on your
connection speed - High Speed (DSL, Cable Modem) or Low
Speed(Dial Up 56K Modem). Don't worry if you don't choose
the right one at the start you can adjust if the movie
is taking too long to load. Click on the H or L button
to change the movies settings once it has loaded. Use
the buttons below the video from right to left Play/Pause,
Rewind and Play.
